How Much Does Delivery Cost?

We offer free delivery to all areas of mainland UK.

Smaller items will arrive safely wrapped via DPD, with larger items coming via a two-man delivery team.

If you live outside of this area, please get in contact by email at [email protected] or call 07535 334021 so that we can determine the delivery costs for you.

We aim to dispatch all pieces within 3-6 weeks after receipt of payment. All packages are fully trackable so if you and your dog won’t be in, you can rearrange delivery. (24 hr notice is required for two man delivery or extra costs will incur)

No, all our crate furniture is designed to be flat-packable to offer you a seamless delivery, especially if you’re tight on space. As you can imagine some of these pieces are very large to offer your pups plenty of space. Larger items will always be delivered by a two-man delivery system so that your furniture can carefully be carried into your home.

Our designs are made to be easily assembled so you won’t be spending hours trying to follow the instructions. If you prefer, we can arrange for a delivery team to assemble your furniture for you- this will come at an extra cost.

Beds and bowls come fully assembled and ready for use.

We craft all our dog crates and Pet furniture from our home workshop located in the Devon countryside.

Please refer to each product page for sizing information, advice and information on how to correctly measure your dog for their crate. The internal sizes of our standard products have been made to match the industry standard size of the wire crates.

We use high-quality, FSC-grade, sustainably sourced wood for all our pieces of pet furniture.

  • Frames: Furniture grade redwood pine.

Redwood pine is an excellent wood to work with because of its natural beauty and endurance.

(If you would like a bespoke piece created from a different type of wood, please get in touch.)

  • Bases: Hardwood ply-board.

Hardwood ply-board is strong and durable enough to endure heavy paws trotting in and out for many years.

  • Metalwork: Painted steel and high-quality handles and fixings.

All bars are made from painted steel because of its durability and appealing aesthetics. Other metalwork such as handles and fixings are always made from high-quality materials.

  • Finishes: We recommend Osmo Wood Wax which is dirt and water-repellent, resistant to household chemicals, and most importantly, safe for your beloved pets. This is very hard-wearing and protects your piece of furniture from paws and claws for years to come.
Alternatively, you can go for a durable painted finish to seamlessly fit in with your homes décor. The bases and tops of all our pieces are finished with Osmo wood wax to enhance the beauty of the wood and give it the best protection

Finishing our pieces with a reliable wood wax offers a range of benefits:

  • Pet-safety and nontoxicity which keeps your dog safe when they use their furniture.
  • Increased protection from claw marks, moisture, and dirt.
  • Dirt and water-repellent which prevents your dog’s wet paws from causing any damage.
  • Resistance to household chemicals.
  • Enhances the beauty of the natural wood grain by adding depth and richness, plus it’s easily customised.
  • Easy to maintain- all you need is a soft, damp cloth.
If your dog loves a good chew to pass the time, let us know so that we can recommend some design tweaks. We can’t guarantee that your piece will be chew-proof, but we can help you to minimise the risk.

Yes, although we recommend the Osmo wood wax finish due to the purpose of our furniture and the everyday coming and going of muddy paws and claws, we also offer a highly durable painted option. We have a selection of standard painted colours or if you have a colour in mind then let us know.
